WIRELESS (WIFI) ACCESS*
Guest rooms are equipped with Wireless (WiFi) high-speed Internet access (for a nominal fee). WiFi is also available, complimentary, in public areas of the hotel.
To use this service, complimentary, in public areas:
• Turn on your WiFi enabled device,
• Connect to the “hhonors”,
• Open your Internet browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc…),
• Select the option “I Have a Promotion Code”,
• Enter the Promotion code given to you at check-in
To use this service in your guest suite as a Hilton Honors Member:
• Turn on your WiFi enabled device,
• Connect to the “hhonors”,
• Open your Internet browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc…),
• Enter your “Last Name” and “Room Number”,
• Select the option “I am a Hilton Honors Member”
Once the connection to the Internet is established you can proceed with your desired online activities.
WIRED ACCESS*
To use this service:
• Connect the high-speed Internet (Ethernet) cable in the guest room to the Ethernet port on your laptop,
• Turn on your computer on and open your Internet browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc…),
• Follow the sign-on instructions Once the connection to the Internet is established you can proceed with your desired activities.
TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON ISSUES
You are invited to call Customer Care at anytime, however, the information below is offered for your convenience:
“Page Cannot Be Displayed” - If you open your browser and receive this error message, it may just be your default web page that cannot be displayed. Check for Internet connectivity by typing any valid Internet website, such as www.google.com in your address bar. If you still cannot connect, contact Customer Care.
“HTTP Proxy Error” - If you open your browser and receive this message, uncheck and proxy setting in your browser. Check for these in Tools, Internet Options, Connections and LAN Settings.
If you are using a wired connection, verify all cables are connected, i.e. power and Ethernet.
