Forgot something? We have a supply of often forgotten travel necessities, such as toothbrushes or disposable razors. Please dial “0” for assistance.

ARCADE
Enjoy the newest video games in our arcade located on the lobby level (next to TGI Fridays Restaurant & Sports Bar) and on the 9th floor (in the atrium area). Tokens can be puchased at the arcade.

ATM SERVICE
The nearest ATM machines are located on the lobby level (next to the front desk) and on the 9th floor (next to the elevators).

BANQUETS AND CATERING
Our hotel offers exceptional banquet and meeting facilities for business meetings or special occasions. Please dial “0” to contact our sales staff for inquiries.

BELL SERVICE
Our bell staff will gladly handle or store your luggage or answer questions about the local area. The bell desk is located on the lobby level near the front entrance.

BUSINESS CENTRE
Our business centre is available for your use 24 hours a day on the lobby level. Available services include complimentary internet and printing.

CASINOS
The Niagara Fallsview Casino is located down the street. Casino Niagara is located beside Clifton Hill. They are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Our check-in time is 4:00PM, your suite will be fresh and ready for you. Check-out time is 11:00AM (late check-out options are available). For guests who pay with credit card, simply use the Hilton Honors app to check out.

CONCIERGE
The Concierge Desk is located on the lobby level (next to the front desk) and available to assist you with upcoming events, doctors, golf, churches, babysitting, hair/nail salons, maps, pharmacies, clinics, bakeries, restaurant recommendations, sightseeing, spas, bus/train schedules and any other questions you may have.

COPIES (Business Centre)
Copy service is available at the front desk. The charge is 10¢ per copy.

CREDIT INFORMATION
We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB.

CRIBS
Cribs are available as a special request item. We have a limited supply and are provided to guests on a first-come-first-served basis. Please dial “0”.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Convert your money (American and Canadian only). Currency exchange services are located at the front desk, located on the lobby level.

DRY CLEANING AND LAUNDRY
For your convenience, a laundry bag and dry cleaning list are provided in each room. We provide same-day service if articles are received at the bell desk by 8:30AM, they will be returned by 6:00PM. Dry cleaning services are not available on holidays or weekends.

EMERGENCY
In the event of an emergency, medical or otherwise, please dial “0”. Emergency Calls are picked up first by the Emergency Call Centre.

FAX MACHINE (Front Desk)
Facsimile (FAX) service is available for your convenience. Our hotel fax number is (905) 356-0472. The charge for fax services is $3 for the first page and $1 for all following pages.

FIRE EMERGENCY
Our hotel is fully equipped with modern fire prevention devices. For your additional safety, please familiarize yourself with the fire alarm locations, exit routes and the fire safety guides. This information is posted on the back of each guest room door.

FITNESS CENTRE
Our fitness centre is fully equipped for your fitness needs when you’re on the road. Our fitness centre is open 24 hours and is located on the 10th floor. Access with your suite key.

GIFT SHOP
Our gift shop is located on the lobby level (next to the front desk). Please dial “0’ for gift shop times.

GUEST PRIVACY
We understand and respect your need for privacy. The hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room.

HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS
Internet access is available in our your guest room and some common areas. Refer to the information in our guest directory for connecting.

HOUSEKEEPING AND MAINTENANCE
Our housekeeping/maintenance staff are here to make sure you feel comfortable. For extra linens, towels or blankets, please dial “0” and we will be happy to assist with your request. Of course, if you would like to be left alone, just hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.

ICE AND VENDING MACHINES
Ice and vending machines are located on every guest room floor.

IN-SUITE DINING
In-suite dining service is available from 5:00pm to 11:00pm. We have a full menu in our guest directory with lots of delicious options to please your stomach. Please dial Room Service to place your order. Subjected to seasonal hours. Dial “0” for updated hours.

IRON AND IRONING BOARDS
For your convenience an iron and ironing board are located in your guest suite closet.

KEY CARD
Unlock your stay (and door) with the digital key on your Hilton Honor app. Should you lose your physical key card, please notify the front desk immediately and we’ll be happy to replace it. Please return your physical key card to the front desk upon check-out.

LOST AND FOUND
For articles lost or found, please dial “0”, we will do our best to help.

MAIL AND MESSAGES
Mail and messages received at the hotel may be collected by either calling or stopping by the front desk.

ROLLAWAY BEDS
Rollaway beds are available as a special request item at $20 per night per bed. We have a limited supply and are provided to guests on a first-come-first-served basis.

SAFES
We work hard to ensure our hotel is as safe as possible, but we do ask that you take extra care when travelling with valuable items such as jewellery, cash or passports. Our suites are equipped with safes with easy to use instructions for you to secure your belongings. Our hotel cannot be responsible for the loss of personal property during your stay.

SALES OFFICE
Our expert sales staff can personally assist you with group accommodations, meetings and special events. We’d be delighted to give you a tour of our facilities, just stop by the front desk and ask for our sales office. You can be confident that we’ll take care of all the finer details.

SWIMMING POOL
Enjoy a refreshing dip in our swimming pool located on the 9th floor. Our swimming pool and whirlpools are open from 6:00AM to Midnight. There are no lifeguards on duty, for safety reasons, children (15 and under) must be accompanied by a guardian. Please do not bring glass into the swimming pool area, for your safety and for the safety of others. Access with your suite key. Towels are provided at the pool area. Alcohol is not permitted in the pool area.

TOURS
Take in all that Niagara has to offer with a guided tour of Niagara Falls or Wine Country. The tour desk is located on the lobby level (next to the front desk).

TRANSPORTATION
We will be happy to arrange for taxi service or make recommendations concerning your transportation needs while you stay with us.

VOICE MAIL
If you have phone messages waiting in your guest suite voice mailbox, the message light on your phone will be lit. Press the message button on your telephone to retrieve message(s). If you have a fax sent to the hotel it will be held for you at the front desk and a notification message will be left in your mailbox.

WAKE-UP SERVICE
